How to provide task level feedback

At the bottom of each email with your file there are an option to provide a rating of the task and any feedback you would like to pass on to our team. Feedback that are general to you organization, will be stored on the organization account and used on tasks for other requesters going forward. Feedback that are specific to you will be stored on your account and will only be used on your tasks going forward.
