How to provide task level feedback Mail At the bottom of each email with your file there are an option to provide a rating of the task and any feedback you would like to pass on to our team. Feedback that are general to you organization, will be stored on the organization account and used on tasks for other requesters going forward. How to find returned files Returned files can be accessed via our Customer Portal in the completed task overview. How long does the files get stored Default setting As a default, files are stored for 180 days on our servers but this can be changed via the account owners profile. Expected Turnarounds on tasks
Minimum promised delivery time The minimum turnaround for any task are 6 hours. What determines the delivery time (the type of work, slides, busyness level) The expected turnaround depend on the type of work (visual enhancement, brush-up or recreation) and the amount of slides to be worked on.
